Fika

A unique client in the Cannabis industry, Fika Local Cannabis, emphasises high quality interiors resembling a boutique type shopping experience, differentiating themselves from the utilitarian interiors of current Cannabis retailers. Working with GH+A concepts, Padstow Inc., facilitated the project and design management to 16 Fika Local locations across Ontario in the span of 5 months. Working with landlords such as Smartcentres and Cadillac Fairview, locations unique to the cannabis world also included shopping mall destination such as Fairview Mall and Fairview Park Mall. Padstow Inc. was able to merge their expertise on multi-store rollouts with a general contractor team to facility the tight deadlines and the high quality standard driven by Fika.
